【Activity Report】 Global Career Education Program for High School Students

On October 9, we held a Global Career Education Program for 41 students from Ishikawa Prefectural Kanazawa Izumigaoka High School, who were visiting New

York on a study tour, with the generous support of IT consulting firm Avanade.

This program offers students an opportunity to experience a "real global environment" within an overseas company, expose themselves to diverse values, and reflect on their own strengths and future possibilities.

Through discussions with employees from various backgrounds and talks by role models, the students learned the importance of staying true to oneself, taking on challenges without fear of failure, and collaborating with people from different cultural and value backgrounds.

We hope this experience serves as a stepping stone for the students to expand their future options!
